We are happy to offer Villa Gaia at very competitive rates. Please note that as we receive many enquiries and requests for reservations therefore all villa bookings are on a first come first serve basis. If you do wish to stay at Villa Gaia you should make a reservation as early as possible.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Payments can be made by bank transfer with the balance due one month before your arrival. If you desire you may choose to pay the entire amount before you arrival. Once we have received your deposit you will be sent a receipt and confirmation of booking by e-mail.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

All Bank Transfer payments will require the full Villa rental rate to be received in our US dollar account. We will forward you our bank account details at the time of your reservation. Please note that any bank transfer fees are to be applied to your own account. If paying by bank transfer please e-mail a copy of your Bank Transfer receipt to our e-mail at villagaia@gmail.com to confirm your reservation.

*Villa rates are subject to an additional 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
